Our Program offers 8 comprehensive workshops that empowers you with the tools and skills to break free from reactivity, bring peace & love to your home, and raise emotionally healthy and confident children.
You will learn to become a more present parent, build strong bonds, navigate challenges with grace, and create a harmonious and resilient family dynamic.
Positive parenting with mindfulness is an approach that combines evidence-based mindfulness practices with positive parenting methods and the joys and challenges of parenting.
It involves cultivating awareness, non-judgmental presence, and intentional responsiveness in our interactions with our children. By embracing this practice, we can enhance our own well-being, improve all our relationships, and support our child's growth and development. By being more attuned and responsive to our child's needs, we create more meaningful and harmonious relationships with our children.
