Our program includes 8 workshops that give you the skills to stop reacting negatively, foster peace and love at home, and support your children’s emotional health and confidence. You will learn to be a more engaged parent, strengthen family ties, handle challenges smoothly, and build a strong, supportive family.
Positive parenting with mindfulness mixes research-backed mindfulness techniques with effective parenting strategies, addressing the ups and downs of parenting. This approach focuses on being aware, present, and thoughtful in our interactions with children. By practicing this, we can improve our own well-being, enhance relationships, and aid our children's growth. Being more aware of our children's needs helps us build deeper and more loving connections with them.
